WATCH MOVIES,

MAKE MOVIES…

… rinse and repeat.

Filmmaking is hard, and it’s all I want to do.

With all the moving parts that need to align in order to make a movie, its surprising how many have been made. This makes me think that it nourishes those who chase it in one way or another.

I find the problem solving aspect of it is addictive. And the end result, that feeling of I made something, is worth the chase.  This is when I throw away the idea of perfect, for it is the practice that needs to be mastered.

The goal: How can I get that idea (or image) out of my head and on to the screen and then get to do it again.

This is a chase of a lifetime.

My work spans producing, writing and directing in  television, film and digital media. You can explore it here.
